Hourly Design Services
$150/hour
Minimum 2hours
If you just need me to help you choose paint colors, rearrange a room, suggest ways to update your home or confirm choices you have been contemplating, this is the option for you.
Building a new home? I love attending architectural meetings, choosing finishes for your new home and creating install drawings and designs for tile, built-ins and fireplaces. I know how to communicate with builders and contractors and will be a valuable asset to your team.
Room Packages
Priced by room or service
If you have a need for a whole room or whole home redesign which may include furniture, decor, flooring, paint, blinds etc. then this is for you. Each design package includes a furniture and materials selection board, floor-plan layout and selections list. You have the option to purchase the items direct from me at competitive pricing and I will manage the ordering and delivery as well.
These packages are good for the client who likes a fixed price without worrying about hourly tracking of fees. The packages are priced based on the average time it takes to design the room and pull the room together. Usually the hourly rate ends up being less in these scenarios. Prices start at $1200.
